The Service
Cinema Catering is a full service on location catering enterprise, specializing in the film industry.Cinema Catering is unique because the emphasis is on the food. There is passion in every plate. The culinary masterpieces prepared daily for on location film crews rival the best selections from Five Star Restaurants. Although classically trained in French cuisine, Chef Gallichet is an expert at tailoring the cuisine to the desires of each crew.
Cinema Catering presently owns and operates several, state-of-the-art mobile kitchens that are works of art in themselves. The pride and care shown in the maintenance of the equipment is further indication that nothing is left to chance in guaranteeing the efficient service of truly masterful menus.

Cinema Catering was founded by Chef Philippe Gallichet and his wife,Phyllis, in 1995. Philippe Gallichet was born and educated in The Loire Valley of France. His experience includes prestigious restaurants and hotels in Paris, The French Riviera, and areas of Los Angeles, California.
Phyllis Gallichet holds a B.S. degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Phyllis has experience supervising food service employees, dietary consulting and small business management. This unique background in business, food, and nutrition provides Cinema Catering with an extra level of consulting capabilities and a distinct sensitivity to special dietary needs.
